Product designer · UX research and UI
I design for what happens after the first tap.
I’m Priyanka. I spent ten years in product support and cloud operations, most recently leading a team of 20+ across APAC and EMEA. That work taught me where products quietly fail people. Now I design them, starting with research.

About
Before design, I worked in product support and cloud tech operations for a decade, at Capgemini, PTC and Deel. At Deel I was a Team Lead for 20+ people across APAC and EMEA.
Ten years in support taught me to notice where people get stuck in digital products. You see the same confusion arrive from hundreds of people, and you learn that most of it was designed in. I moved into product design to fix those problems at the source.
I trained through the Memorisely UX/UI bootcamp and the NextLeap product design fellowship. My degree is in Computer Engineering, so I’m comfortable talking to engineers and building coded prototypes. Increasingly, I design for two users: humans, and the AI agents working alongside them.
